Mr Mpho Ntoyi - Theft of Intellectual Property and Design Artwork

Mr Mpho Ntoyi of NTOYI CONSULTING has commissioned me for graphic design work without fulfilling his payment obligations. These projects, amounting to a total of R3,000, included the design of business cards, an A5 leaflet, and the establishment of Ntoyi Consulting's Facebook and LinkedIn channels. I have attached the list of work completed. I duly issued an invoice for these services on August 17, 2023, with the agreed-upon payment date set for September 8, 2023.

Regrettably, not only have I not received any payment for my services, but Mr. Ntoyi has also continued to utilize my work on his social media channels without settling the outstanding bills. It has come to my attention that this is not an isolated incident, as Mr. Ntoyi appears to have a pattern of engaging multiple vendors in graphic design work and neglecting to honor his financial commitments. I possess evidence to substantiate these claims, further raising concerns about Mr. Ntoyi's professional conduct and his treatment of service providers.
