Failure to deliver my credit card

1. My card was not issued, for four weeks my card is still not issued because Nedbank is moving from Visa to MasterCard

2. I communicated to Noluthando that I desperately need the card as I will be going on a mission where I sue that specific card. It was on a Friday when I spoke to Noluthando and promised to call me back which she did.

3. She called to tell me that she has made a special request so my card will be delivered at the branch I identified to her on Saturday 9th November.

4. I was forced to make that arrangement that I get to Braamfontein despite the fact that I was at that time I was supposed to be in Roodeport for my niece's wedding.

On my arrival at the branch I was told my card was not there but this time a consultant by the name of Busi was decent enough to call the card division and find out about my card. She called the card division after she was told that the cards that were delivered on that day did not have my card included.

5. The card division told Busi that my card was still being issued and will arrive at the branch before the end of business day which was 12 noon

6. I drove to Roodepoort for a wedding and at 1:55 I received a call from Busi lettin
