On the 1st of August, Nedbank decided to remove my online banking profile because my credit cards are due to expire END of August. This is the explanation I get when phoning the call centre. I do not live in South Africa and being based up in Africa it is not possible for me to visit a branch to sort out my CONSTANT issues with my account.
I demanded that the consultant sends me an email so that I can follow up electronically as these calls are costing me a fortune from where I am based. This is now day 7. My credit cards don't work, I cant access internet banking to transfer my salary to another account. So now I have NO WAY to get to my OWN money.
