APPALLING HOME INSURANCE CLAIM SERVICE

Good day, I'm deeply shocked and disgusted by the service that ABSA insurance provides. It's been over 3 months when I first contacted ABSA to come and fix my wall because it was leaning. Long story short, my wall eventually fell over and was left with an open yard on a busy street, leaving my property venerable to being broken into. I tried numerous times to contact the claims department, even left numerous messages and no one got back to me. Eventually when I got through, I spoke to a lady by the name of Khanyisa Nkuna and she said that they will appoint an assessor and NOTHING happened. Again a few days later I phoned and spoke to Marikie and she told me that they had not yet appointed somebody. Eventually Impala contractors came and mailed the report without pictures that the guy took. Last Friday the 25/10/2013 I called again and spoke to a lady by the name of Lettie and PROMISED that ABSA will pay for a temporary fence as my whole property is open, so she said that she will speak to her manager Steven Ramtya, and that she will email me the statement if ABSA accepts, and still again nothing happened. An assessor finally came through and told me that ABSA WON'T pay!!!??
