NO SERVICE FROM ABSA HOME OWNERS INSURANCE!!!

On the 28th of Nov'13 our property got damaged by the hail. we phoned the next day to report the incident and couldnt get through. finally managed to get through the monday and got a claim number. phoned back a week later when we didnt get feedback re assessor and then only an assessor was appointed. Assessor came out the next wednesday and gave his report. we then received an automated email from absa to say that emergency repairs should be done and paid for by us and they would reimburse us. we did that to stop the property from more damage everytime it rained and we submitted the quotes and proof of payment to ABSA. the rest of the damage still needs to be repaired. i have been battling to get hold of ABSA since December, and when i do get hold of SOMEONE they say that they will put me through to a consultant. after holding for 45 minutes i give up every day. on the 8th i managed to get through to the message centre who promised that someone would phone me by today. it's 3:30pm and guess what... NO PHONE CALL. i need to know what is happening with our claim and i need to have my house sorted out now. please dont humor me with your standard response. thanks
