Initial Claim nr 2479209 and the complain ref nr was 2607914, On the 28 November i called this nr 0800414141
spoke to dudu who passed me to a guy by the name of mari who said pravesh or the manager will call me on the same day, but no one called.we received an sms telling us excess will be 1000 and be paid to the builder who has not come to our premises since they took photos.somebody called telling Mr Raymond that ABSA will be paying the money to us and they are charging 2000 for electrical fence but what surprises us is that is not the guy who came to take photos for the electrical fence i mean the company, has absa appointed another company for electrical fence or what. It will be nice if somebody from absa will tell us whats happening or what will happen after they have appointed these contractors. Today spoke to Pravesh but it seems like no one knows the status of this claim as he said the manager will call me. One other thing what is the turn around of a claim, meaning how long should a claim take to be settled. Please can somebody call us and explain. Honestly should one of the cars be broken into who is liable as the wall still open and electric fence not working. Thanks...
