Failure to use their OWN system

I have recently lost my job, and so what I did is I got hold of all companies I owe money too.

They have all been very understanding and allowed me payment gaps or payment options.

Even my student loan with Standard bank. They where very helpful and allowed me a very gracious payment option. Thank you for this.

HOWEVER my credit card. I call your useless call centre: unfortunately I do not know who I spoke to as it was 4 weeks ago. I made an arrangement to make a smaller payment and promised to pay a set amount of R200 until I fond employment. So month end comes and I pay R200. This was around the 27th of September. I get a call yesterday the 26th of October and they threaten me that they will hand my account over. -holes, I made an arrangement trying to be responsible and you treat me like this? Telling me I never called! I have the phone records to prove it. I am well aware its my responsibility to pay my credit card, but I have NO job, NO money. Must I print money out of thin air? Please get your house in order before you threaten me, I will pull the CPA on you for harassment.
