I am off! First I get harassed, regardless of me explaining my situation and stating that additional payment will be made at the END of September 2013.
I get a call this month from this male consultant telling me I need to make an urgent payment. I advised that I can only make payment at the end of the month. Then he tells me that I have hundred n something in my account I can use to make part payment.! SO THEY ALLOWED TO LOOK INTO OUR ACCOUNTS? Eventually I cut the call because this wasn't giving me a chance to talk.
I then received a call a few days later from a lady, who was fortunately nicer. I managed to make an arrangement to have a debit order of R640.46 go off my account for the next 2months.
Now this morning find out an UNAUTHORIZED debit order of R1280.92 had gone off my account. THE PAYMENT THAT I HAVE ALREADY MADE ARRANGMENTS FOR. I had borrowed this money for my gynie appointment for my pregnancy and this money that was meant for my baby has been taken illegally as I DID NOT give permission for this debit order. I want this money returned to my account IMMEDIATELY. If anything happens to my baby due to this unnecessary stress I WILL take this furt
