2013-09-20 Service Fee of R 284.00 charged on Mastercard. Queried via Secure message facility on the Internet banking website. Got a call from them informing me that it had been queried with card division. Got a call back informing me that it was a fee for raising my credit limit. I pointed out that I had not requested any increase in credit limit nor had any increase been effected on my card. They undertook to take it up with card division. To date no further communication. In the meantime I have paid the account in full to avoid interest charges. However I do expect a full explanation and proof of request or the amount should be reversed.
