Payment went off twice upon swiping my card

On the 26th October 2013 I went to Shoprite in Rocklands, Mitchells Plain in order to make a payment on my DSTV account which is R380 the first time my card was swiped it was declined the second time the payment went off. However upon my leaving the shop i received an sms notification informing me that the payment went off twice. I then went back to the store and spoke to the manager she then advised me to wait 24hours as sometimes when this happens the money is reversed back into ones account. This did not happen. I then called Nedbank today and was advised that there was an electronic error in the system on their side. I was told to go back to Shoprite and have the manager call to confirm that the payment has not infact gone off twice from Shoprite side but from Nedbank. I then did this and was advised by a Nedbank consultant that the money would reflect in my account by today and it DID NOT!!! Please resolve this matter soonest possible or i will change back to Standard bank. This is my first month being with Nedbank and already i am left with a sour taste in my mouth.
