My debit order normally went off on the 1st of everymoth. I called Standard bank earlier this month and request my debit order to go off my account on the 25th of every month. On the 27th morning I got an sms sating my home loan account has not been paid and I must call them to make payment arrangement. So when I called them yesterday, they said its a mistake on their side because the person who changed the debit order date put 25th of September on the system. This is really a poor service. Standard bank makes a mistake and then I must suffer calling them. Even now the debit order has not gone through, called them this morning again. They told me it might go off my account today or tomorrow but yesterday they said it will go off yesterday. Please Standard Bank correct this. I hope you won't report this as a late payment on credit bureaus.
