FNB Legal has taken money from my account without my permission and put it as an EFT to try and cover their tracks. while calling in to try and resolve this matter i was passed around from department to department, only to find out that Legal is "Closed".
The Account in Question is over 5 years old and it is illegal for them to take the money without permission firstly and secondly it is illegal for them to even ask for the money as it is older than 5 year.
i want this resolved immediately or i will be taking legal action.
