On the 31/05/2013 my Personal cheque account was debited internally without my authorization or consent and this for a credit card dated back to 2008 and closed in 2012. My FNB branch could not reverse this internal debit and one has to contact their incompetent Legal department. For days I have been trying to get through to their Legal department and I have sent emails to [Email Removed] without having any feedback on this.
As a business owner I have trusted FNB in being my financial institution for years but recently have experienced more and more problems. I warning to the public this bank is not what they advertise to be and if you are looking for a financial institution you can trust with your money go somewhere ells.
