I logged a request (On PSG's website) for someone from PSG to phone me in order to get a quotation for vehicle insurance on Friday 25/10/2013. A gentlemen from PSG phoned me the same day to get all my details. He said he will phone me back in 15 to 20 minutes. Monday afternoon I still haven't heard anything from him, so I logged another request on the website, stating that I am still waiting for a quotation. If I am not even able to get a quotation from PSG, how in the world could I expect service from them If I became a customer. My small little quote might not have been worth your while now but I am planning on buying a house next year, getting married, insurance for 2 cars and a motorcycle... Home Insurance etc. Common decency, manners, etiquette. If you tell someone you will phone them back, you do it! Instead of wasting my time.
