No Idea what they are doing

I've been banking with FNB for almost 9 year now. My salary gets paid into my ABSA account and from there I transfer money to my FNB account to pay my vehicle and credit card. This month when i wanted to do the transfer i received a message that the account is closed. I've send FNB a e-mail Tuesday already, untill now no reply, so i called them. I spoke to one of their consultants who advised me that it is clear that i bank with ABSA, therefore they've moved my account to the legal department. As i said this account is still active and i use it everymonth. I do not understand how my account can be moved to the legal department becuase i also bank with another bank? I can also not understand why FNB can not comunicate with me if there is any issue on the account, witch i am sure there sould not be... i don't actually know. I've always told everybody what a great bank FNB is, untill now, it is clear they do not know what they are doing!!! Now i cannot pay any money into this account, nor can i settle the overdraft on this account... I have no idea what to do, and the consultant said i am not allowed to speak to their legal department, How must i resolve this if i can't speak to them???
