My husband applied for a loan over the internet - coming across their website. They asked for bank details - assuming they're going to pay money INTO his account! Next thing you know they deduct money for a "service" they never provided!!! He still hasn't got a loan and now they've send him an email threatening with their legal department because he stopped the payment!!! They are and were never going to help him - or anybody else for that matter! Where is the consent form he signed to give them permission to deduct money from his account???
