Extremely bad service

I ordered an ipad 4 on the 712013..everything went well and was accepted, I was told by the sales consultant that I will receive this no later than 15 working days. On the 14th day I called the customer care centre and was told that my ipad was ordered and was given a courier companies contact details to check on the progress and when it will be delivered... I was then told that no order has come in for me and I needed to contact fnb... called fnb connect again and was then told there is a backlog as the courier company had oponed late in Jan. Being given the run around I was very unhappy and was informed that my query was handed over to the support company..to this day I have not heard anything..this morning I tried my luck again calling the courier company and got told the exact same thing as 3 days ago, we have received no order for you! It is extremely frustrating and I am appauled with the level of service I have received! No communication or feeback what's so ever!
