Messed up Ipad orde

I placed my order on the 2nd of January for an Ipad 4 and was informed that the courier will be contacting me for delivery. I waited for the courier company to call but i waited in vain, i decided to call FNB to find out and was told that the courier has back orders because of the festive season and all. I then called again last week Wednesday (23rd) to make a follow up, after which i was told that they will escalate the matter and let me know in 3 working days, after which i thought they would call me. After picking up the phone to follow up, i was told that the couriers are out of stock, after 27days and me having to phone them to find out. I'm really not happy with the service i'm getting. Someone please do something about this, it's getting frustrating now because on friday it's going to be a month and i haven't received my order.
