INCORRECT INFORMATION SUPPLIED

About 3-4 weeks ago i called your call centre and i was enquiring about debit order that was supposed to be taken of on the 23-01-2013 and the lady i spoke assured me that if i make a payment before the 23rd then no payment will go off my account. I paid R3000 on the 16-01-2013 and i see that another d/o went off today. This is totally not acceptable and i want the the call to be listened to and i need the bank charges to be reversed as the d/o will return unpaid. I called and asked to speak to a team leader and i no one was available to take my call.
please have this matter resolved ASAP as i am not very impressed and i never had a r/d on my acc ever as my account are always paid up every single month and i dont ever call to make any arrangement on my account
