Overdraft Application - Questions no Answe

I have been an FNB customer over 8 years and have 1 current, 1 credit card and 2 business accounts. All accounts in good order, credit report clean (if not much history - that I have with FNB). I wish to grow a small business that has proved sucessful in it's first year. Have applied for assistance from business but no help. Now I am applying for a temporary overdraft facility and things are just NOT happening.

I applied 2 weeks ago, the bank has numerous copies of my ID, but again asked for ID copy which I sent. Paul then asked for copies of my Bank Statements (like durr) and salary slips I emailed these and was told the amounts did not match. On looking closer, I see the salary references were different, but anyone could have worked this out. I looked on-line and applied for an overdraft on-line as my branch were being so useless. The FNB site requested a payslip OR 3 months bank statements, NOT BOTH. Had I sent just 1 or other then I ssume there would be no query. I am happy to provide whatever is required, however Paula is less than helpful and I am getting nowhere. I called the call centre and they stated I must see the branch... This is SO annoying!
