4 MONTHS TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AND STILL NOTHING

FNB phoned me with regards to a credit card, and when she asked if there was anything she could assist me with, i asked to speak to someone about moving my business account to FNB.
NOTHING.
I went into a branch and asked to open my account with an overdraft and a garage card. Was told the business manager would contact me.
NOTHING.
Two weeks later a call centre agent called. She told me she could only activate the overdraft once the account was opened. so i did. Submitted the paperwork back to FNB.
NOTHING.
I contacted the call centre to find out whats happening, was told the account is open. i informed her that no one had told me this, i have not even received a visa card, and i dont even know what my account number is.
she arranged my cards to be delivered.
NOTHING.
I call again asking whats happening with my account. I was told they are awaiting my deposit into the account. I informed her i have no account number to deposit into, And that my overdraft still had not been sorted out.. I was told someone would contact me.
NOTHING.
I call again. A lady tells me she will do an on line application for the overdraft. Was called to say denied.
