Steve should probably stay away from FNB

Steve who features in the FNB radio ads eventually convinced me to change from Nedbank Business account with overdraft facility to FNB for all the reasons he mentions. After opening my FNB account almost a year ago, I was told some lady from Woodlands would contact me to arrange the overdraft. I don't recall her name and am yet to receive a call from her. Due to poor level of service at this branch, I went to Menlyn branch. Here Ilse Pretorius assisted me and I completed all the documents including almost a years worth of bank statements from all my Nedbank accounts. I also requested that my account be transferred to the Menlyn branch. After not hearing from her in 2-3 weeks, I called her and left several messages for her which she also never replied to before she left FNB. About 4 weeks ago, I again went to Menlyn. Again I explained that I'd like to close my Nedbank account which I'd had for a few decades but required an overdraft facility with FNB in order to do so. Sylvia Wilson seems is also not responding from Menlyn and my account is? Has anything been done at all?
I have a good credit record, more than sufficient assets to cover a R45K overdraft. What's the problem?
