WHY

I am very happy with standard bank and the way they treat us as customers, their service is very good, even when they speak to a customer on the phone, very proffessional and respectful, for the past 8 years - have never had a problem with Standard bank and their service until now. I am a loyal customer, handling my account very well, I even pay up to R20, 000 on the card if my business is doing well, never skipped an instalment. Today I am told I cannot get a limit increase due to card being reached the limit, I fail to understand that statement, I know people who are earning the same amount as I am but they have high limit increase. I don't want to loose the relationship I have with this bank. Can someone senior look into this matter and pull my account records for the past and assist me with the incree please. I really need it at this stage, please guys, would really appreciate if u can help me in this.
