I have been into the bank twice to increase my EAP limit. Both times the consultant insisted it was done, yet I still get an error when transferring money saying I have exceeded my limit. WHY is it so hard to get this right??? Why must I go into the bank 3 times to do the same thing.
If this is not sorted withing the next 48 hours over the phone I will close all my accounts with Standard Bank (of which I have been with for over 20 years) and I will move all my business to a bank that implements your requests correctly the first time!!!
