i went to standard bank in stanger to increase my limit from R0 to R10 000 to do EFT's. I waited in the long line and eventually reached the teller. i gave her all my details and requested the increase. She tells me that she cannot increase my limit as i have a LOW balance. I was shocked as i did not expect such a response. She requested that i come back when my bank balance is over R10 000 so that she can increase the limit. what a load of . i want to do eft's as and when i want to but cant due to the limit being R0.
