Shocking service

We live in a little country town called Cathcart in the Eastern Cape. A while ago our local branch closed down and we were promised that the new ATM would solve all our problems and businesses could deposit all their money through this machine. This would be fantastic if the machine ever worked. FNB have no interest in assisting us and pass the buck from one branch to another and now to some coin company who are apparently going to be servicing this machine. The machine has been down for 4 days at the moment and we cant see any end is sight. It is really sad that a bank has such disregard for their clients especially the less fortunate who have to then draw their money at a SASWICH machine at a great cost to themselves. FNB obviously have no responsibility to their client is small towns and then think they can claim to be the best in the country. Surely not. Standard Bank still have a branch open here ad I think it is about time that we consider moving en mass to them. Please respond. Mandy Armstrong
