E-Bucks - such a

I became an FNB client 3 years ago and immediately registered for E buck. I buy airtime and pre-paid electricity thorugh the FNB apps, use my cheque card monthly, buy petrol using my card and todate have only managed to accumulate E499. It has been like this for months and even though my statements show that i am earning e-bucks they never get added to my balance. I have contacted the call centre and get told "you dont qualify" if that is the case how did i manage to earn the initial balance and why do my statements show that i am earning? Not impressed with this at all.
