Dear (Please Help Me)
I am still at wits end with ABSA.They handed me my documents by courier but it was not complete. The letter stating that the vehicle is paid was not attached. To register the vehicle I need this letter. Various mails and endless telephone calls and still no letter.
They are sending me from one operator to another and they are all totally incompetent or not really helpful in giving me a simple letter to state that the car is paid for, which it was 6 years ago.
I really need this urgent
