I upgraded my cheque card from a Gold to Platinum and have since realised that i'm not earning e-buck on my fuel purchases. I then called E-bucks call centre and was advised that my deposits were'nt sufficient to earn e-bucks. Why was i not advised of this when i upgraded my account? and if that is the case i would rather switch back to my gold cheque account as E-bucks is probably the only thing that i keeping me with FNB.
