I was disappointed to discover that despite holding an FNB platinum cheque account since December 2012 and despite registering for online banking and making payments with my card in the ordinary course my e-bucks balance has remained at a constant zero. The ebucks call call center operated machine requires you to enter in an id number and last 4 digits of a pin but then simply puts me through to an FNB consult who transfers me back to the same annoying automated machine (or even worse to a home loans department).
The E-bucks rewards scheme was one of the main reasons i joined FNB, only to discover that so much is promised with zero delivery (literally). I would have earned hundreds of ebucks by now, but I am still being denied with no logical reason in sight.
