ONE TIME Ticket purchase chargeback

I bought a One time plane ticket and sent a dispute to receive my money back from Absa. The first feedback said I would get my money back within three days, one month later they said within a few weeks and I am still waiting. The purchase was done with a credit card therefore it should not take this long, I have been waiting 2 MONTHS. I am a student and need the money therefore I wish for a timely response...
