So, here I am still waiting feedback from ABSA. I've been told that my StudyLoan would be finalized during last week Thursday, however, another week has passed and still- no response. I have given ABSA all the documentation and proof required for a Study Loan Application. I work full time, and Study Part time. So far my studies are on track- so, I am a good student, and I have a good credit record. I have been a loyal client of ABSA for quite some time now and I honestly feel very disappointed with the service that I've received so far. I am going to switch banks this weekend, and hopefully then, I will receive better service. I really think that Absa should hire more people or people more capable of giving fast service, because all and all, I've been waiting about a month now.
