Tried booking a ticket online at [URL Removed] my credit card authorized the transaction and took the money from my credit card, while [URL Removed] declined the purchase (3 TIMES) so the money was taken from my credit card over and over again while they kept declining the purchase of the ticket. No ticket was issued. I spoke to my credit card company who told me that all was good on their side it was [URL Removed] I called them and they said, yes we see we have taken the money, but the ticket price has since gone up, you need to pay more!!! Once the money changes hands the transaction is done, I should get the ticket I paid for. They refuse to refund my money and I am without a ticket, They have take $600 from my credit card and I have NO TICKET!!!
There was NO apology!!! They!!
I Called my credit card company and told them, this is a, this company people, I told them they were worthless and not to allow transactions through to them. They people, they. The call center people are also incredibly rude, total!! This company!!!
