Chargeback/no way to dispute

I sold something through Bidorbuy, the payment was done by the buyer using credit card and it was reversed back after 1 month due to chargeback.

According to Bidorbuy, the credit card was issued by FNB. And the reason for the charge back as below:

The credit card holder's details and identity was compromised and the credit card was used for activity on our website. We did not receive a charge back notification as the credit card issuing bank charges back the transaction regardless, in order to protect the interest of the credit card holder and themselves when is detected.
Nor you as the Seller and us as the Merchant can thus dispute the chargeback transaction as it is related.

Bidorbuy is reluctant to assist me to dispute this chargeback, I have tried calling FNB to dispute this chargeback myself, I was transferred by 4 different departments (, online, merchant, customer service)
without any help.

I am now going to lose money and stock which I have already delivered to the buyer. on top of that I have to pay FNB 5% credit card commission, I cant believe that FNB can still make money out of this process... I want my money back...
