Today 10/11/2013 12:56pm, i went to the atm in Meadowpoint in Meadowlands Zone 3, inserted the card into the machine followed by the Pin, then choose the amount of R950.00, waited and instead of the cash coming out i instantly saw the sms that i had withdrawn R950.00 which never came out from the ATM, i waited a few minutes still no money came out and no receipt only the card came back.
I then went inside the pick n pay because they have a Nedbank kiosk and was first told that the machine is faulty and it sometimes does show that the money was withdrawn and later be transferred back into my account, which really irritated me because i don't get the reason for that. Since then i have been checking on my internet banking and there is still no refund for my R950.00 which i never touched but banked
This matter has to be resolved without delay because this is ridiculous and acceptable. Starting to hate this bank!!!
