And i need to pay the bank charges

Someone else got hold of my information of my credit card and my identity and tried to purchase a flight ticket of R6230.00 on my credit card, then my credit card declined it, because i did not have that amount of money on my credit card. I then was charged for the declined charges, that the other person which i still don't know who it is, purchased on my credit card. I then called discovery and told them what happened, they immediately cancelled my credit card and blocked it. Still the declined charges is showing that i need to pay it, for someone else's mess, who my information and identity from me to make a illegal purchase. I also need to wait 7 working days for my new credit card to be issued to me, and first of all, it was not even my fault, so why the wait and frustration. Please make sure, whenever a purchase does go through that it is from the RIGHT person, because this is just very irritating to wait, when i might have needed money, i could not purchase anything for the time while i'm waiting for my new card. What an irritation. This is just pathetic.
