On Tuesday 22nd October I requested a purchase of pre-paid airtime from my company account. I used the loaded beneficiary which is loaded correctly to select the phone number to credit with airtime. My Business Partner authorised the payment. To date I am yet to receive the airtime.
This is the 2nd time it happened as 2 months ago I tried the same on this "new" Absa internet banking platform. I'm still waiting to receive airtime from the previous time as well.
I highlighted the issue to Absa 2 months ago and expected it to be resolved - it's not.
Absa have kept my money and not credited my phone with airtime.
Customer service is non-existent as I have had no response from my complaints to Absa Internet Banking.
This is and I'll be reporting Absa to the Ombudsman & the FSB and FIC.
