We are a newly wedded couple who applied for a home loan from FNB to buy our dream house. From day one Phatsimo was very professional. She kept us up to date on the progress of our application on a daily basis. When my wife had difficulty getting certain information from her employer's HR department Phatsimo went out of her way to assist us with the hold ups.
