I logged a dispute about 25 working days ago. I have made 3 calls to the call center in the last week and i was told that the dispute takes up to 21 working days. I allowed the time frame to pass and today i called again spoke to Sibongiseni and all he could tell me is what i already know. He could not provide the answer i am looking for. What i cant understand is that Transunion says it takes up to 21 business days to be resolved but now i told it takes longer to get resolved. Previously i was told, if the credit provider does not respond within the 21 days the inquiries will be automatically removed and if they respond later and if there is any adjustment then that will be updated.
It is the first BAD experience i have had with Transunion and its all because a consultant was not equipped to provide a client with the right information. He just didn't want to help. There was no sense of Customer Service at all. The supervisor could not even come to the phone as he was busy. I am paying for the call and was willing to hold on as well.
I am not sure what is the next step. I can compliment many off the agents but this person was just not on. Bad service
