Incorrect Transfe

I recently made a transfer to a wrong account. When i went to the bank requesting a reversal, I couldnt be assisted by a certain lady, I was not given conclusive information or whether my request will be done. until a gentleman named Matome (if im not mistaken) handled my issue. I explained my satuation to him and without wasting time he was patient and assisted me on point. Thank you for your exclusive service *thumbs up* and yes the money was reversed back to my account.
