My credit report shows that there are creditors who checked me without my concern. I called Transunion more than a month ago requesting them to remove these creditors from my profile. I was told this was going to take 20 working days, by which date if the creditors have not responded otherwise they Transunion will remove accordingly. After the 40 working days which was on the 15th October I pulled my report and found out that those creditors still appear. I called their dispute department on several occasions; spoke to Rodney, Bradley, Vegenies and even their supervisor Bongani Mangwani, up to this day the report has not been amended accordingly - The reference number in question is TU20130912-000226-01
