I AM SO DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED

I HAVE BEEN CALLING TRANSUNINION REGARDING MY TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE PAID UP AND I WAS ADVISED BY TRUWRTHS THAT THEY WILL BE SENDING EMAIL NOTIFYING THEM OF THIS AND THEY HAVE ADVISED ME THAT IT TAKE 24-48HRS FOR TRANS UNION TO GET IT BUT ALSO TAKES 20 WORKING DAYS TO BE UPDATED ON THEIR SYSTEM AS TRANSUNION. WELL WHEN I CALLED IN TODAY THE PERSON I WAS TALKING TO SAYS I HAVEN'T CALLED AND THAT I WILL ONLY SEE THE DETAILS WHEN I GET A CREDIT REPORT. I ADVISED HIM THAT I DID REQUEST THE CREDIT REPORT BUT THAT NOT THE REASON I WANTED TO KNOW WHETHER TRANSUNION HAS RECEIVED THE REQUEST THAT TRUWORTHS PROMISED THEY WILL BE SENDING WITHIN 24-48HRS. MIND YOU I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON THE LINE FOR 20MIN. THE CONSULTANT THAT I WAS TALKING TO WAS LAUGHING ON THE CALL LIKE I WAS JOKE OR SOMETHING I EVEN HAD TO ASK HIM WHY. WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I AM BEING SENT BACK AND DORTH FOR JUST KNOWING IF TRUWORTHS HAS SENT THE INSTRUCTION OR NOT CAUSE IF THEY HAVEN'T THEN I WILL NEED TO TAKE IT UP WITH THEM. I DON'T KNOW TO KNOW ABOUT MY CREDIT REPORT BECAUSE I KNOW ABOUT IT SINCE I REQUESTED THE REPORT IN APRIL. AFTER ALL I NEED TO KNOW WHETHER IT HAS BEEN UPDATED ON YOUR GUYS SIDE NOT LAUGH
