Hi there
I was listed in error by African Bank for an account that was paid in full.
They apologized to me and told me that it will be updated.
Called the call center and was informed that it takes 5/7 days for the error to be updated.
Why so long.
This was an error and needs to be resolved ASAP not 5/7 days.
Please assist me with resolving their mistakes which is impacting me...
