Poor and No service on disputes and notification

I have lodged a dispute at the beginning of July 2013 and also activated the notification system. I have received little resolution and more hustle from Transunion on the dispute. And when the final report was sent today together with my recent credit report, it had some personal information changed which was recently changed without my knowledge. To my suprise, i did not get any Notification of the activity on my account which was the reason i subscribed to that service. The call center explained that the only reason the information was changed is when someone who was requesting a credit report called!!! I wonder how can this happen?! The dispute process that was lodged about some accounts was also very poor with Transunion sending several smses requesting ID copies and claiming that they are not visible. They could only follow one dispute case and still their report that was sent today just says that the supplier (RCS) did not respond within 20 days. I'm beginning to doubt the credibility of the notification system as the dispute process and if our private information is compromised.
