I am extremely disappointed with the service from transunion I queried outdated information on my mr price account and requested that it be updated and I sent through the necessary documentation on the 26th September already and I am told it takes 20 days to resolve up to today they have not resolved and my information is not updated when I query it I am told the dispute was only logged on 10 october 2013 and I keep getting told I need to allow 20 business days every time I query I get told the same thing so why if I had logged this on the 26th of September 2013 am I still waiting for it to be resolved on 8 November 2013 20 days is way over and this should now be updated I am very disappointed with this service from telephone consultants and email consultants and I would like this resolved as soon as possible - Reference number is - TU20131010-000253-01
