i sent a dispute to Transunion, Experien, XDS and Compuscan in regards to the Rescind of judgement on the 05-06-2013.
All the other 3 major credit burears updated and notified in in 5 working days, i understand as per NCR it needs to be 20 working days for a dispute to be resolved and today is the 16 day and i still havent received any feedback, i also filled in their form for a credit report more than 3 times and i have been told a consultant will get back to me shortly.
i have sent numerious emails and no one seemed to bother to respond to me except for the email i received saying we endeavour to resolve disputes sooner than the 20 working days.
i really need this to be sorted as they are they only company holding me back without any feedback.
i dont mind waiting for 20 working days but they need to keep thir word and not deceive people
