Please Cancell my dispute already

I disputed something on my credit profile. I also applied for credit around the same time. The credit provider informed me that they can not proceed with the contract because there's a dispute on my profile. So I was unfortunately forced to cancel the dispute. I sent the cancellation documents to transunion on 15 October 2013. I called them several times to follow up with no joy. Last time I called was Tuesday, 22 October. They told me the cancellation would be done the same day (22nd) or the next (23rd) even today nothing has changed. My life has come to a standstill because of this thing, please help me.
