I tried to draw R500 from ewallet service, the slip shows the money was dispensed, but I did not receive the money, and then the atm showed out of service. When queried in the branch, Robyn Treble logged a query with the call centre, which is exactly what I advised her had been done, and says that I must wait 3 working days for them to figure it out! And this after I explained the urgency, and that I couldn't wait.!!!
One expects that such matter would be handled with the uttmost urgency.
The consultant was unapologetic, and unhelpful!
I need this matter resolved before 3 working days. Internal matters are not my concern. I just need to have the cash that I tried to withdraw.
