Faulty ATM robs use

On Tuesday 14 May 2013 i tried to withdraw R500 from the absa atm inside the spar supermarket in kensington square, durban north. The machine either had no money to dispense atthat time or it was faulty as it took me through th process but did not dispense any money. The atm receipt reflected the request to withdraw and also that no money was dispensed, however ABSA tells my bank that i neec to wait 30 days for them to balance the atm. I mean really, its the last week before i get laid and every cent right now counts. I cannot wait 30 days i need my money like yesterday. Why must i wait 30 days when the machine was at fault not me. I just want my money please, i need it asap. I dont understand why i must wait 30 days for my own money. I dont care what it takes but i need this matter resolved asap.
