I have been using standardbank for three weeks with no problem but today at 13h20 i went to withdraw R200 at glenfair atm and the atm took my card and no money came out but i received an sms saying i have withdrawn money i called the number that apprears on the atm but the call agent took forever to reply then i went to the hillcrest b/vard pta service centre to report the matter and i was told to wait for 20 working days for them to investigate that ATM really took mymoney. I was furious as a new client i didnt expect such bad service from them. They helped me get a new card and i was able to withdraw R500 from inside the bank but my concern is the R200 that was withdrawn from my bank acc
i want standardbank to reverse my R200 back into my bank as soon as possible, as a new customer this is an extremely bad service and i cant wait for 20days before i get my money back, i want it back immediately am even thinking of going back to capitec as i cant handle such bad service.
the other thing is the card doesnt work immediately i have to wait for a day before i use my own money.
can you please reverse my money back into my account .i applied for a cheque on the 20/03 even now no card
